“Africa Blockchain Augmented Reality (AR) SoundBYTE” - Inspiring change through art and technology and harnessing the power of Africa through the new horizons of technology and web3. 

The artwork embraces a new rhythm and unveils the transformative power of blockchain, shifting away from clichéd narratives. The artwork aims to amplify unheard voices, crafting narratives and new characters not of sorrow seeking sympathy,  but of optimism, technological advancement, empowerment, and global connectivity, bridging all 54 African nations with the world. Amrita then adds augmented reality and brings the artwork to life merging the physical with the digital.

A word is worth a thousand pictures.

Amrita first records a voice note, for example, a city/ person/ feeling etc. and captures the fluid shape and structure of the sound wave. Then she draws each vertical line into individual images that encapsulates the beauty, spirit and essence of that word/s. She combines the artwork with the shape of the sound to create a SoundBYTE. Through the vibrational energy of her art, she then adds AR, VR and AI to it to add dimension and experience to her art. 

Activating the AR 

You can activate the Augmented Reality in three easy steps:

1. Scan the OR code on the physical artwork, NFT or on the fashion item, this will open into Instagram

2. Hold your camera up to the artwork, unmute the button in the middle of the page and turn your sound up to see and hear the Augmented Reality come to life!
